Hanging Panel Collection for FilzFelt

My hanging panel collection for FilzFelt launched earlier this month. This photo shows me in my studio with my favorite pattern, Arrow. The patterns were designed following the success of some of my earlier work for FilzFelt, including this popular one. The seven hanging panel designs—Arch, Arrow, Dash, Dot, Loop, Pitch, and Square—begin with the seemingly straightforward circle, triangle, and square. But by combining, repeating, and scaling, the shapes form complex patterning inspired by halftone reprographic techniques. Repeated shapes shift in scale and spacing to create a gradient-like effect. The intentional location of each pattern’s opacity allows a bit more privacy at seated height, while light and views are filtered above. The panels are CNC (Computer Numeric Control) cut from 100% Wool Design Felt and offered in a range of patterns, sizes and colors. View the full collection here.
