Level Throw

 

Level throws are part of an ongoing collaboration with U.S. sustainable textile manufacturer In2Green.

Inspired by patterns of the urban landscape, the Level blanket features repeating modular sections that mimic city street blocks and geometric patterns Kelly sees every day.

In2Green’s signature knit and woven products are made from refiberized t-shirt clippings salvaged from industrial t-shirt manufacturers. These cotton clippings are then spun into a cotton-blend yarn. Up to 22+ post-consumer plastic bottles go into making each standard throw and blanket. This process helps reduce landfill use and reduces the water required in manufacturing.
